Resumo

O presente trabalho tem como rede de cooperação a UNICENTRO, o Clube de Mães da comunidade do bairro Engenheiro Gutierrez, a Prefeitura Municipal, a Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente, todos no município de Irati (PR). O propósito deste trabalho é atender diretamente o Clube de Mães e indiretamente toda a população de Irati (PR) através do suporte técnico para formalização e constituição de uma fábrica comunitária em Engenheiro Gutierrez para a fabricação de sabão ecológico reaproveitando resíduos de óleo de frituras. A metodologia é pautada em uma economia solidária, buscando a valorização do ser humano e não do capital. Como resultado, já foi possível promover mais oportunidades de trabalho e renda e a conscientização para o descarte correto dos resíduos do óleo de frituras.

Abstract

This work is a cooperative network between UNICENTRO, the Mothers’ Club community of Engenheiro Gutierrez district, the City Hall, the Municipal Association of Environment, all these administrative bodies are located in the city of Irati (PR). The purpose of this work is to serve the Mothers’ Club directly and indirectly the whole population of Irati (PR) through technical support for formalization and establishment of a community factory in Engenheiro Gutierrez to manufacture ecological soap reusing green waste frying oil. The methodology is based on an economy of solidarity, seeking to value the human being and not to have financial gain. As a result, it has already been possible to promote more job opportunities and income and awareness for the correct disposal of waste oil.
