Resumo

O consumismo revela-se, hoje, na sociedade, como cultura da acumulação material. Esta pesquisa objetivou despertar nos estudantes a compreensão do que o modo de vida baseado no consumismo gera no planeta danos ambientais. O projeto foi realizado no Colégio Estadual Trajano Grácia, no município de Irati – PR. Na implantação do projeto, exibiu-se o vídeo “A História das Coisas”, realizou-se estamparia em camisetas e distribuíram-se pequenos folders. Foram solicitadas atividades para realização em casa e entregues no próximo encontro. Os resultados das devolutivas dessa atividade foram tabulados e transformados em gráfco. A ação apontada pelo maior número de pessoas consultadas foi o comprometimento com a separação do lixo. A partir do desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, pôde-se observar que ocorreu a compreensão de que a diminuição da geração de resíduos sólidos ocorrerá pelo efetivo comprometimento de todos.

Abstract

Consumerism is revealed today in society as culture material accumulation. This research aimed to awaken in students an understanding that the way of life based on consumerism generates environmental damage on the planet. Te project was conducted in the State College Trajano Gracia, in the municipality of Irati - PR. In the implementation of the project showed off the video “Te Story of Stuff ”, was held stamping tees and distributed as small folders. Were requested to perform activities at home and delivered the next meeting. Fed back the results of this activity were tabulated and transformed into graphic. The action indicated by the largest number of respondents was the commitment to the separation of garbage. Through the development of this research can be seen that therewas an understanding that the reduction of solid waste generation occurs through the commitment of all.
