As tendências das pesquisas na formação de educadores ambientais do XV Encontro Paranaense de Educação Ambiental – EPEATrends in research in the preparation of environmental educators of the XV Paranaense Meeting on Environmental Education – EPEA

Resumo

A Educação Ambiental no Brasil segue diversas linhas teóricas e metodológicas, o que para muitos autores garante uma diversidade extremamente positiva. As pesquisas na formação de educadores ambientais tiveram um aumento quantitativo, mas há muitos desafios, dentre eles a qualidade dessa produção. A proposta deste artigo é sistematizar os trabalhos apresentados no eixo temático Formação de educadores ambientais, que integrou o XV Encontro Paranaense de Educação Ambiental, EPEA, de 2015, aproximando-os de tendências em EA, identificadas nas investigações nacionais, cujas preocupações se deram nesse percurso. No eixo temático Formação de educadores ambientais foram classificados onze trabalhos, os quais foram subdivididos em quadro categorias distintas: formação de educadores ambientais em ambiente não formal; formação continuada de educadores ambientais; noções de Educação Ambiental; e meio ambiente e reflexões teóricas da formação de educadores ambientais. Essa distinção entre vertentes de pesquisa contou com o referencial teórico caracterizado pela Educação Ambiental Crítica na maior parte dos trabalhos analisados. Esta vertente é amplamente caracterizada por não buscar a efetivação de práticas redundantes e que consideram a possibilidade de transformação do indivíduo no plano da consciência, mas sim o desenvolvimento de pensamento sociocrítico, que garante ao sujeito da educação subsídios capazes de problematizar a realidade ao seu redor.

Abstract

The Environmental Education in Brazil follows several theoretical and methodological lines, which for many authors ensures an extremely positive variety. Research in the preparation of environmental educators had a quantitative increase, but there are many challenges, including the quality of this production. The purpose of this article presented here is to systematize the papers presented at the thematic axis formation of environmental educators who joined the XV Paranaense Meeting on Environmental Education (EPEA-2015)approaching the trends in EE identified in national surveys whose concerns were taken in this route. In the main theme preparation of environmental educators were classified eleven works, which were subdivided into frame distinct categories, namely: preparation of environmental educators in non-formal environment; continued training of environmental educators; Environmental Education notions and Environment and theoretical reflections of the preparation of environmental educators. This distinction between lines of research had the theoretical framework characterized by critical environmental education in most of the analyzed studies. This aspect is largely characterized by not seeking the execution of redundant practices that consider the possibility of transformation of the individual to consciousness, but the development of critical thinking awareness which guarantees the subject of education grants able to question the reality around him/her.
