Construção e investigação de evidências de validade de uma escala de habilidades de trabalho em equipes virtuais

Construction and investigation of validity evidence of a work skills scale in virtual teams

Resumo


O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar as etapas de construção e investigação de evidências de validade de uma escala de habilidades de trabalho em equipes virtuais.

Foi utilizado o método misto: qualitativo na etapa de construção e de busca por evidências de validade semântica dos itens, e quantitativo, na investigação das evidências de validade de conteúdo e da estrutura interna do instrumento. Os itens foram construídos a partir dos materiais instrucionais de um programa de treinamento oferecido por uma instituição financeira e da literatura da área. As etapas de validação utilizaram a opinião de juízes experts e stakeholders em grupos focais e a aplicação dos questionários em duas amostras de respondentes: uma de egressos e outra de não egressos (controle). A escala proposta é unidimensional, com 19 itens, variância total explicada de 59,24% e bons índices de validade de conteúdo, semântica e da estrutura interna. Os itens apresentaram boa amplitude de cargas fatoriais e comunalidades e bons índices de fidedignidade e de ajustes. As habilidades mais abordadas nos treinamentos foram: comunicação, colaboração e compartilhamento, confirmando os achados na literatura. A manutenção de bons índices da escala, mesmo quando aplicada em amostras de egressos e não egressos indica que o instrumento é adequado tanto para mensurar o impacto dos treinamentos, como as habilidades de teletrabalhadores de equipes virtuais. Este trabalho contribui com a redução de lacunas de desenvolvimento de instrumentos para equipes virtuais e apresenta avanços na área de TD&E e de equipes virtuais.
