THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAL MARKET IN ARACAJU/SE<P>O MERCADO DE SECRETARIADO EXECUTIVO EM ARACAJU/SE

Academic works on the job market for Executive Secretariat professionals are mostly in the south and southeast regions of Brazil. Based on this, the present work sought to understand the requirements intended by employers in Aracaju, at the time of hiring. The research was portrayed as an empirical investigation, with a quantitative-descriptive approach, using the Survey as a research method. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, applied in loco to employers of companies registered with JUCESE, consisting of 226 companies. The results showed that the Aracaju market requires specific Hard Skills for Executive Secretariat professionals, such as mastery in finance, problem-solving, and Soft Skills such as logical, critical and analytical reasoning, control and direction, resilience, emotional intelligence and flexibility.
