Políticas de Inovação Transformadora e Transições de Sustentabilidade: uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre a sua conexão com o ODS-9

Transformative Innovation Policies and Sustainability Transitions: a systematic literature review on their connection with SDG-9

Resumo


Crescentes preocupações com problemas sociais refletem-se na necessidade de transições sustentáveis e de políticas de inovação transformadoras (TIP) em relação ao sistema sociotécnico. O desenvolvimento tecnológico e infraestruturas devem permitir processos inovadores como papel transformador. A TIP deve fornecer garantias para alcançar as metas propostas para os ODS (Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável). O artigo procura, com duas revisões sistemáticas da literatura, por Methodi Ordinatio, compreender a ligação entre transições de sustentabilidade na TIP, visando o fortalecimento do ODS-9, nas metas 9.4 e 9.b. A investigação contribui para a literatura ao analisar aspectos das transições de sustentabilidade e das TIP, como fontes que impulsionam a governança nas direcionalidades, que impulsionam as engrenagens para promover o alcance dos ODS. De um modo geral, conclui-se que as análises destes estudos facilitam a compreensão de externalidades necessárias para conter a insustentabilidade, fomentar políticas transformadoras e o cumprimento dos ODS, como capacidades de reflexão e reflexibilidade.
