Abstract

Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar os efeitos da sociomaterialidade constitutiva do software Cachaça Gestor® sobre as práticas de gestão de organizações produtoras de cachaça. Foram realizadas entrevistas com gestores de alambiques que lidam diretamente com o aplicativo e com seus desenvolvedores. Os resultados mostram que a utilização da plataforma trouxe transformações importantes, como inovações nas práticas cotidianas e maior suporte à tomada de decisões. O sistema passou a orientar as práticas de gestão e impactar áreas das organizações, mudando como os indivíduos trabalham e pensam. O estudo também contribui para o entendimento da importância das tecnologias no setor e para a necessidade de apoiar o desenvolvimento dos produtores. Além disso, destaca informações úteis para o sucesso na adoção de sistemas e software, abordando possíveis barreiras e benefícios associados, incentivando inovações em um setor tradicionalmente marcado por práticas gerenciais e tecnológicas amadoras.
