O objetivo deste artigo é acessar as narrativas da e sobre a L’oréal/Lancôme acerca da responsabilidade social no processo de extração de matéria-prima como forma de construir um debate sobre a ética na organização. A pesquisa tem uma abordagem qualitativa, construiu-se a partir de pesquisas documentais – seis documentos analisados - e os dados foram trabalhados a partir da análise de narrativas, dessa forma, foi possível compreender as relações entre empresa e cadeia de suprimentos, bem como compreender as complexidades e subjetividades dos fenômenos sociais e organizacionais. Destaca-se a grande distância geográfica, as diferenças culturais e econômicas entre o início e o fim da cadeia produtiva, como fatores que impactam diretamente nas relações de trabalho, silenciamento e falta de fiscalização laboral.References
